ITEM #: 20261 Used 316L Stainless Steel Reactor Pressure Rated Mix Tank - 590 Gal. Stainless steel single wall liquid mixing tank with 2:1 elliptical top and bottom heads. Tank Cylinder: 53" diameter with a 53" vertical length, four internal baffles at 90°. Bottom Drain: 3Ø sanitary ball valve, pneumatic actuated. Multi-ported top head with 18"Ø mixer flange, 12"Ø opening and CIP spray ball. Mixer: 20HP direct-coupled severe duty motor (208-230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph, 1175RPM).
Impellers (2): 14Ø dispersion blades (high shear for agglomerations and solids). 3" square tube base support frame measures 46" square. Base elevation to top mixer flange is 97. All prices are FOB Millwood WV unless otherwise noted.
