Stainless steel mixing bowl for 50 quart mixer. The bowl has external flanges to mount to a Hobart style mixer but it may or may not fit your mixer without modifications. If it does not fit your mixer you can still use it as a backup offline. When your done mixing in the bowl that does mount to your mixer you can transfer the product to this bowl and free up the good bowl for the next batch.
