1500 gallon sanitary stainless steel jacketed mix tank no motor or drive

1500-gallon stainless steel jacketed insulated sanitary mix tank. Manufactured by Paul Mueller in 1976; has a MFG Serial No 140040-2; is rated to 100 PSI at 300 degrees F and has a National Board No 4095. Interior & exterior welds were ground smooth & ribbon polished. Top of tank has a 22" man way without a cover, a center mounted 12" mixer flange, a 6 Van Stone type flanged fitting and several other sanitary fittings.

There is a 2 stainless steel mixer shaft inside of this tank with a 6 bladed mixer prop at the bottom. Mixer drive & motor are not included however, a new mixer drive & motor can be provided and installed to meet your specifications.

There are four internal baffles placed at 90 degrees from each other. Tank was last used in the cosmetics industry. A detailed manufactures drawing and the National Board U1A form are available upon request from Douglas Tank Sales.
